I have been passionate about sports since I was a child. Over the years, I have competed in triathlons, open water swimming races, and running events, personally experiencing what it takes to improve and succeed in each discipline, both in terms of results and other goals such as mastering technical movements, positioning, managing competitions, nutrition, strategy, etc.

What sets me apart is my passion and commitment to each athlete. Here, you won't get a generic plan for beginners or intermediate/advanced athletes that remains unchanged for months. Instead, I provide a customized plan, adapted weekly, where I monitor your progress and adjust your training to fit your lifestyle and conditions (work, personal, menstrual cycle, etc.) continuously. This ensures you progress at your own pace and achieve the goal we set together. I also use technology tools to stay in constant communication with you, providing real-time feedback and necessary adjustments to optimize your performance.
